We were fortunate enough to connect with Michelle and Josh Murphy on January 13th and quickly put together a short list of homes we wanted to look at. We were then put in touch with Susan Howell for Homeowner's Insurance who took care of us efficiently and promptly. Our closing went without a hitch. Thank you to all who prayed and than the Lord for His goodness. I asked the Lord when we put the house up for sale if HE could let the first person who saw it, fall in love with it and want to buy it. The pictures went up on Friday night, Saturday morning a woman made an appointment to see our home on Sunday and we were under contract for list price on Monday. Josh and Michelle Murphy with CRYE-LEIKE, REALTORS did an absolutely awesome job representing us. They kept constant communication with us, thought of everything including shoe covers, intercepted and resolved any issues before they were even brought to our attention. I made a promise to Michelle's dad, Doug Crumbley in 2016 when he made sacrifices and helped my youngest daughter, that I would use him when we sold our house one day. God honored my commitment to that promise and blessed every step of the sale process. I had even asked the Lord for a buyer who would love this house as much as I have, and she loves it so much, she cried when we accepted her offer. The best out there!! I loved working with Josh & Michelle! They were so patient and kind during the whole process. It took me a couple months to get my house ready to put on the market and they never made me feel pressured or rushed and let me go at my own pace.
